LightWhey was born as a result of a team effort, better yet, a family effort following over a year of dedication from the Hourani brothers (see above). Growing up in Dubai, the three of us exercised, dieted, mixed our protein shakes and went on cheat days together. Health and fitness were family values instilled in us as deeply as any others.
